The Role

Responsabilidades Principales

Administrar y operar entornos IBM Z y sistema operativo z/OS.

Realizar monitoreo y seguimiento de la salud de la plataforma Mainframe.

Gestionar procesos batch, ejecución de jobs y análisis de errores en JCL.

Atender incidentes, requerimientos y cambios de infraestructura bajo procesos ITIL.

Administrar usuarios y controles básicos de seguridad mediante RACF.

Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento, validación y soporte operativo.

Realizar análisis de capacidad, disponibilidad y desempeño de la plataforma.

Participar en actividades de continuidad, respaldo y recuperación.

Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica y procedimientos operativos.

Escalar oportunamente situaciones de alta complejidad a equipos especializados.

Requisitos Técnicos

Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en administración de entornos IBM Z.

Certificaciones Deseables

IBM Certified Associate System Administrator - z/OS.

IBM Z Xplore Digital Credentials.

IBM Mainframe Practitioner.

ITIL Foundation.

Competencias

Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
