Honor Foods is looking for a strong, experienced Logistics Supervisor who knows logistics inside and out.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead a team, manage freight, build strong carrier relationships, control costs, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Own
- Lead, coach, and develop our Logistics Coordinators
- Plan and prioritize daily freight and shipment activity
- Manage carrier relationships and service performance
- Analyze freight costs and identify savings opportunities
- Support carrier negotiations and freight agreements
- Monitor logistics KPIs, shipping expenses, and service levels
- Resolve delays, discrepancies, and freight-related issues
- Review bills of lading, shipping documents, orders, and logistics dashboards
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
- Identify and implement process improvements
What You Bring
- Strong logistics experience is required
- Proven experience leading or supervising a logistics team
- Strong knowledge of freight planning and carrier management
- Experience with freight costs, rates, and logistics performance metrics
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and logistics processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
