Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our Tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization using Tableau. He should have a strong hold on ETL and Data warehousing. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver insightful and scalable dashboards that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create data visualizations that are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Optimize dashboard performance and implement best practices for data visualization.
• Strong understanding of HCP, HCO, Patient, Territory, Product, Payer, and Specialty Pharmacy data models within the pharmaceutical domain.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines or underlying code to enhance data warehouse system
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI development.
• Prior experience in managing client stakeholders and junior team members.
• A background in managing Life Science clients is mandatory.
• Extensive hands-on experience in working with cloud data warehouses like Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, etc. And Proficiency in SQL, Data Modeling, and designing ETL pipelines is a must.
