Lead regional growth as a Senior Project Engineer

Are you ready to turn complex industrial projects into profitable growth across Latin America? Join as a Senior Project Engineer and develop opportunities in Mining & Metals, Desalination, Oil & Gas, and Chemical & Refining. You will engage project owners, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, consultants, and decision makers from early identification through contract negotiation. Based in Chile, you will influence customer decisions across Latin America, excluding Brazil. Your work will directly support pipeline growth, project wins, revenue generation, and market share expansion.

Your responsibilities

• You will identify, qualify, and develop project opportunities across the region, and build a strong pipeline in Mining & Metals, Desalination, Oil & Gas, and Chemical & Refining.
• You will engage end users, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, consultants, and key decision makers to position products and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will lead strategic account and project pursuit plans, using market developments, project databases, investment plans, industry trends, and competitive activity to find new business.
• You will provide technical and commercial support, including product selection, customer presentations, technical clarifications, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• You will collaborate with local sales, product management, application engineering, and regional leadership; keep CRM opportunities, forecasts, and customer activity accurate; and support meetings, events, conferences, and site visits.

Expectations for you

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• You bring relevant experience in technical sales, business development, project sales, or application engineering.
• You have proven experience in Mining and/or Oil & Gas markets; experience in Desalination and Chemical & Refining is desirable.
• You can manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regional accounts.
• You are proficient in English and Spanish; Portuguese is desirable.
