Job Description
We're seeking an analytical and strategic thinker to join our Portfolio Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by analyzing consumption and panel data, market research, and consumer insights to inform portfolio marketing campaigns for your direct teams’ power window programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, eCom & Customer Marketing, and external agency partners, to develop and execute successful portfolio programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Campaign Analysis: Analyze consumption and panel data, market research, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for portfolio marketing campaigns. Develop recommendations for which brands or products to feature in these campaigns.
Define Success Metrics: Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics for portfolio programs, leveraging business performance data, commercial marketing mix data, and insights from brand and sales teams.
Develop Campaign Roadmaps: Partner with Portfolio Marketing, eCom & Customer Marketing, Sales Operations, agency partners, and others to create campaign roadmaps, including critical milestones and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze brand performance and business drivers, identifying critical brand priorities that inform Portfolio Campaigns.
Partner with Omni Shopper Marketing team to analyze business and program performance data and develop to recommend key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for all portfolio marketing programs.
Work closely with Perfect Store team to interpret performance trends, inform power window category and display selections/targets, and forecast current year impact of portfolio marketing campaigns.
Support Portfolio Marketing Sr. Manager in strategic planning, construction of campaign briefs and program executional efforts by providing brand and customer analytics that support decision-making.
Liaise with in-house creative agency account & creative leads to manage deliverables including, but not limited to, social media, owned digital, promotions, in-store display and more ensuring high fidelity of creative translation, timely and on-budget project delivery.
Coordinate with both external and internal creative agency account managers to align teams on project timelines and deliverables and schedule major reviews with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends, particularly in the food and beverage industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with complex deliverables and stakeholders

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
