How you will create an impact
This is a fantastic role reporting to our Global Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management, where you will lead the development, governance, and delivery of portfolio analytics, reporting, and planning capabilities across the Global Real Estate portfolio. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of portfolio data while transforming complex information into actionable insights that support strategic workplace, occupancy, and capital planning decisions.
Some of the key responsibilities include
- Own the integrity, accuracy, and governance of real estate portfolio data, including reconciliation of source systems, validation of key metrics, and continuous improvement of data quality processes.
- Develop and maintain enterprise portfolio reporting, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that support portfolio optimization, occupancy planning, capital allocation, workplace strategy, and executive decision-making.
- Serve as the primary steward of portfolio analytics, ensuring consistent definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards across regions and functions.
- Translate complex portfolio, workplace, occupancy, and financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics platforms) to improve visibility and decision support across the portfolio.
- Support regional and global real estate decision-making processes by providing timely analytics, utilization metrics, occupancy insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Finance, Workplace, Projects, and Real Estate Operations teams to ensure alignment between source data, portfolio reporting, budgeting, and planning processes.
- Own corporate real estate budget development across the region while ensuring consistency, transparency, and review processes with local, regional, and central finance teams and global SMEs.
- Coordinate Opex and Capex planning by working with regional stakeholders to establish consistent planning frameworks across countries and regions.
- Monitor portfolio performance through established KPIs, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions to improve portfolio efficiency and business outcomes.
- Budget and cost management with responsibility for developing plans, tracking performance, and communicating variances and trends.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in real estate portfolio analytics, reporting, planning, and data management.
- Demonstrated expertise in data governance, data validation, and source system reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Budget and financial planning experience.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple regions and geographies with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A team player with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
