We’re actively seeking a talented Real Estate Portfolio Operations Coordinator to join our Loan Administration team in Newport Beach, CA.

As a Real Estate Portfolio Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by providing support to the portfolio operations team.  You will fill a role that sits on a team of approximately 17 people in the Investment division. Your colleagues will include fellow real estate commercial loan servicing and portfolio management professionals.
 
How you will help move us forward:

• Provide technical, research, and application support for mortgage loan servicing system related projects.
• Assist with new loan closings, conversions and post-closing items.
• Collect and track financial statements for input into loan servicing system. 
• Run weekly/monthly portfolio reports.  Prepare quarterly CREFC portfolio reports and watchlists for securitized portfolios.
• Order, receive, and review property inspections and Physical Needs Assessments.  Follow up with borrowers on deferred maintenance items and monitor until resolution.
• Review and process invoices related to property insurance renewals, replacement reserves and payment of property taxes.
• Provide support for various reporting, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Provide additional support within the Portfolio Management & Operations areas to meet objectives and deadlines for all portfolios.

The experience you will bring:

• 2+ years working experience in mortgage banking, commercial loan servicing, asset/property management, and/or property insurance administration.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and the ability to quickly learn new program applications.
• Self-starter who can work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Display the ability to be detail oriented and to work well under deadline pressures.
• Demonstrate ability to provide excellent written and verbal communication skills including but not limited to strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in software applications for real estate investments or asset management a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as CoPilot to streamline workflows.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$36.95 - $45.17
