Description
The Change Management Consultant supports the execution of change management, communications, and training activities for enterprise and cross-functional initiatives. This role partners with program teams, leaders, and functional stakeholders to help employees understand, adopt, and sustain changes related to processes, systems, operating models, and ways of working.
The Consultant is a strong executor who brings structure, empathy, and a user-centered mindset to change delivery, while continuing to build depth in change management tools and practices.
The Work
Change Planning & Delivery
- Support end-to-end change management activities for small to medium initiatives or defined workstreams within larger programs.
- Contribute to change strategies aligned to business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
- Conduct or support change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and adoption considerations.
- Maintain change plans, stakeholder maps, and tracking tools.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Partner with program teams, communications, and functional stakeholders to gather inputs and align on change activities.
- Support sponsor and manager enablement by preparing materials such as talking points, FAQs, and toolkits.
- Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to support alignment and feedback gathering.
Communications & Engagement
- Draft and coordinate change communications, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and audience-appropriate.
- Translate complex program information into concise, employee-friendly messaging.
- Support engagement activities such as roadshows, town halls, feedback sessions, and surveys.
Adoption & Enablement
- Support training and enablement efforts to reinforce new behaviors and ways of working.
- Help track adoption, feedback, and readiness indicators.
- Identify common questions or points of confusion and recommend improvements.
Learning & Continuous Improvement
- Apply established change management frameworks and tools, adapting them with guidance from senior team members.
- Incorporate feedback and lessons learned to improve future change efforts
- Contribute to shared services change standards, templates, and playbooks.
What you need
- 2–5 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, consulting, or related roles.
- Experience supporting change initiatives with multiple stakeholders or workstreams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- User-centered mindset with empathy for employee experience during change

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
