You will be responsible for developing and executing change management and communications strategies to support the internal rollout of strategic digital initiatives across Sanofi, while also contributing to the visual and creative quality of communications materials.
Main responsibilities:
- Change Management strategy: Coordinate and execute change management strategies across Application Portfolio Governance & Modernization and Architecture, including impact assessments and change readiness plans tailored to each program.
- Internal Communication: Design and deliver comprehensive, audience-tailored communications materials aligned with the overall communications strategy.
- Creative Design: Produce visually appealing communications assets (including videos) using design tools while maintaining Sanofi's brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, map, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops to build support for program changes.
- Training and Education: Identify training needs, coordinate program delivery, and establish a network of change champions to support adoption across all three programs.
- Measurement and Reporting: Monitor metrics to measure effectiveness, regularly report progress to leadership, and adjust strategies based on continuous feedback.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with relevant departments and the Change & Comms team to ensure seamless integration across all three programs.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably in large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of training development and corporate surveys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to develop and implement change management and communications strategies across multiple concurrent programs.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
- Basic to intermediate creative design skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint (advanced), or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms.
- Experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), or similar internal digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
- Knowledge of Sanofi's organizational structure and culture.

The salary range for this position is :€43 600,00 - €58 133Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
