The Role
You'll manage the design ticketing process for our client, a UK luxury hotel group, ensuring every request is handled quickly, clearly and to brand standard. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and filtering incoming design requests, assigning to the right resource
- Writing briefs for marketing-led initiatives
- Liaison with requesters on clarity and approvals
- QA against brand and technical guidelines before sign-off
- Final approval with the Head of Marketing
- Reporting and system management
About You
- Experience in a design project management, traffic or studio coordination role, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team
- Comfortable working across Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with enough design fluency to assess quality and brand compliance
- Highly organised and process-driven, confident managing a ticketing/workflow system independently
- Strong written communication — able to write clear creative briefs and liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborative, friendly and client-facing, calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple live requests
- Experience with premium or luxury brands desirable, ideally hospitality, food & beverage, leisure or retail
- Fluent English written and oral skills, able to articulate design concepts clearly and communicate effectively
