What You Will Do

• Coordinate the “de-toting” and determination of disposition of received parts
• Entry into customer-required systems (i.e. SNC) receipt of parts and related PO verification processes
• Coordination of creation of parts travelers and “traying up” of parts
• Delivery of received product to operations staging areas
• Prepare completed parts for shipment to customers as needed
• Prepare invoicing to customers
• Prepare any required export paperwork and properly execute export standard work
• Arrange for part pick up / shipments with couriers, trucking companies, and parcel delivery services as needed
• Assist the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator with WIP and parts status questions and resolution
• Assist purchasing and operations with any receipts or deliveries as needed
• Assist with the unloading and loading of parts when needed Visual inspection (incoming)
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Business Software)
• Good written communication skills
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for CORE and other continuous improvement tools and projects
• Ability to consistently follow work standards
• Ability to work overtime (weekdays and weekends)

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) with a minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Pratt & Whitney Middletown, NY is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is $22.00 per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
