Position Overview
Verra Mobility is seeking a highly capable, proactive, and strategic Executive Business Partner to support an executive leader and serve as a trusted advisor, coordinator, and operational partner. This individual will play a critical role in maximizing executive effectiveness, driving organizational alignment, and ensuring successful execution of key business priorities.
The Executive Business Partner acts as a central point of coordination across leaders, teams, and stakeholders, anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and enabling informed decision-making. This role combines executive partnership, business operations, organizational coordination, executive communications, and people program support.
The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly balancing strategic priorities with operational execution while serving as a highly trusted partner to executive leadership. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, business acumen, and executive presence, along with the ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and confidence.
Essential Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Business Operations
- Serve as a trusted business partner to an executive leader, helping drive strategic priorities, operational effectiveness, organizational alignment, and execution.
- Proactively manage executive priorities, commitments, and workflows to maximize effectiveness and focus on high-value activities.
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, ensuring alignment between business priorities, stakeholder needs, and executive time allocation.
- Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and independently resolve issues before they impact the broader organization.
- Prepare executive materials including presentations, briefing documents, agendas, talking points, and meeting summaries.
- Manage travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and executive logistics to ensure seamless execution of business commitments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism and discretion.
Leadership Operations & Strategic Execution
- Act as an extension of the executive leader, ensuring priorities, commitments, and strategic initiatives are effectively coordinated and executed.
- Track leadership team objectives, key deliverables, and action items, driving accountability and follow-through across stakeholders.
- Help manage the operating cadence of the function, including leadership meetings, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, town halls, offsites, and working sessions.
- Identify organizational bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, escalating issues and proposing solutions as appropriate.
- Support the executive in preparing for key internal and external engagements, ensuring materials, communications, and stakeholders are appropriately aligned.
- Partner with executive support staff and senior leaders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Plan and execute special projects, offsites, leadership events, and team-building activities.
Executive Communications
- Partner with the executive to develop, coordinate, and execute internal communication strategies and initiatives.
- Draft, review, and manage executive communications, including emails, presentations, organizational updates, leadership messages, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of town halls, all-hands meetings, leadership forums, and employee engagement events.
- Support the creation, production, and delivery of executive video communications, ensuring messaging is timely, engaging, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Maintain communications calendars and ensure consistency across executive messaging and organizational initiatives.
- Develop executive briefing materials, talking points, and supporting content for key internal and external engagements.
People & Organization Support
- Partner closely with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to coordinate and support key people initiatives across the function.
- Assist in the planning and execution of talent reviews, succession discussions, organizational planning activities, engagement initiatives, and leadership development programs.
- Support onboarding and integration of senior leaders and key team members.
- Coordinate organizational communications, leadership updates, and change management activities in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of team dynamics, workforce initiatives, and organizational priorities to proactively support the executive and leadership team.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive, HRBP, and broader leadership team to ensure alignment and follow-through on strategic people priorities.
Administrative & Financial Management
- Prepare and submit expense reports and supporting documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Track invoices and budget-related administrative activities as required.
- Maintain executive records, documentation, and files in accordance with company standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of executive support and organizational operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Demonstrated success operating in highly dynamic, fast-paced, and complex business environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities and translate them into action.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and messaging.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting executive meetings, board activities, town halls, organizational communications, and leadership events is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
The Executive Business Partner will have:

- Created efficient operating rhythms, meeting structures, and follow-up mechanisms that improve organizational accountability and execution.
- Become a trusted point of coordination across senior leaders, helping drive alignment, collaboration, and informed decision-making.
- Improved employee engagement and communication effectiveness through well-executed leadership communications and organizational initiatives.
- Identified and implemented process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated exceptional judgment, professionalism, ownership, and discretion while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
