AI Transformation Product Owner

About the Role

At TVH, AI is a strategic enabler to our overall business strategy. We are already implementing AI solutions across our organisation, and we are looking for an AI Transformation Manager to ensure strategic AI value realisation, drive adoption and change management, and establish a robust governance framework.

Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Data Products and AI, you will play a central role in expanding our AI capabilities, guiding TVH at the forefront of AI adoption, and leading the cultural shift required to maximize the business value of our live and upcoming AI projects.

Your Responsibilities

Strategy & Implementation

• Partner with the Director Digital Data Products and AI and enterprise leadership to execute and scale our enterprise-wide AI strategy in direct alignment with core business goals.
• Lead the expansion, adoption, and integration of AI technologies across TVH departments to deliver immediate, measurable business outcomes.
• Be the driving force behind the interactions with ‘AI Ambassadors’ in each department of TVH to determine the strategy per department and drive sustainable backlog creation and prioritisation 

AI Governance & Ethics

• Define and enforce a comprehensive AI governance framework, including ethical guidelines, compliance policies, and operational best practices.
• Ensure the responsible design and deployment of AI systems by embedding principles of fairness, bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability.
• Maintain clear oversight and accountability across the entire AI lifecycle—from proof-of-concept to active production systems.

AI usage, adoption and value realization

• Establish and execute an enterprise-wide AI value framework to define, track, and validate ROI across all projects.
• Actively drive the realization of tangible business value across active and upcoming AI initiatives
• Design an AI adoption and usage framework, including a framework around AI FinOps  

Adoption and change enablement: Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership

• Drive ongoing organizational and cultural transformation as the primary advocate for AI adoption across all business units.
• Engage with department heads and leadership to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and communicate the progress and value delivered by active AI projects.

AI Culture & Everyday AI Adoption

• Cultivate an AI-ready culture across the organization, accelerating the practical integration of AI tools and daily workflows.
• Build a shared mindset focused on the practical, responsible adoption of modern AI practices.

People Leadership

• Recruit, lead, appraise, and coach team members within your functional area to build a high-performing execution team.
• Keep the team engaged, motivated, and supported to deliver on departmental objectives.
• Lead by example, securing buy-in for strategy, execution plans, and TVH's collaborative company culture.

Your Profile

• Organizational Fit: Comfortable serving as the tactical and strategic engine operating directly under the Director of AI.
• Governance & Practical Tech Depth: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data governance, and ethical deployment standards (fairness, transparency, compliance).
• Methodological Rigor: Experience applying product-thinking frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies to technical projects.
• Change Leadership: Proven success in coaching technical teams and guiding non-technical departments through active technology adoption.
