Executive Assistant to the CEO
ConnectUs Corp. | Full-Time
Position Overview
ConnectUs is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our
CEO and assist with marketing and administrative activities.
The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys executive support, takes pride in staying organized, and can anticipate
needs, manage multiple priorities, and follow through without constant direction.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a trusted Executive Assistant while developing skills
in marketing and communications. Extensive experience is not required — attention to detail, initiative,
reliability, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities
? Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, email, travel arrangements, scheduling, and daily
administrative needs.
? Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, organize materials, take meeting notes, and track follow-up
items.
? Marketing Support: Assist with creating social media content, newsletters, presentations, and
marketing materials, working alongside a graphic designer.
? Social Media: Coordinate LinkedIn posts, engagement activities, and marketing calendars.
? Events & Projects: Support with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and administrative project
coordination, as requested.
? General Administration: Maintain organized records, coordinate communications, and provide
administrative support to leadership.
What We're Looking For
? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Strong written and verbal communication.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
? Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
? Comfort with technology, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning new tools.
? Interest in marketing, content creation, and professional communications.
? Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
? A genuine interest in building a career in executive support.
Previous executive assistant experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for someone
dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Growth Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, develop advanced executive
support skills, and take on increasing responsibility in marketing and communications as experience grows.
