Description
Responsibilities:

Submitting planning programs and implementation initiatives in accordance with the procedural guide for training issued by the Ministry of Human Resources, and implementing this plan.

Identifying recruitment needs based on studies and working on providing the required manpower.

Managing human resources operations related to personnel affairs (recruitment, end-of-service procedures, promotions, etc.).

Preparing periodic reports related to the company’s employee journey and dealing with challenges.

Participating in awareness campaigns related to social responsibility (social initiatives, volunteering, government data, etc.).

Coordinating with relevant authorities and working to improve the work environment to achieve the goals of management and the company.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.

At least 4 years of experience.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office programs, and relevant specialized software.
