You will lead the strategy for how users and global enterprise customers authenticate and manage access across our entire ecosystem. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will build the identity infrastructure that powers customer trust and scales our platform for the world’s most essential industries.

About Us:

Corporate: Trimble empowers customers to drive productivity and progress with connected hardware and software solutions.

What Makes This Role Great:

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Drive the product strategy for identity federation, including SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations with major providers like Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace.

• Lead the development of SCIM 2.0 support to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring robust sync reliability and security.

• Define the evolution of the Organizations model, managing how complex enterprise hierarchies, delegated administration, and multi-tenant isolation function.

• Partner with Engineering, Security, and Design to translate intricate enterprise requirements into elegant, scalable admin experiences and API contracts.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all identity features meet global standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to IAM, developer infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.

• Deep technical fluency in identity protocols and standards including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0, and LDAP.

• Proven expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Active Directory integrations in a technical product capacity.

• Strong ability to define multi-tenancy models and organizational hierarchies for B2B SaaS products.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical architecture for both IT administrators and executive stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working directly with identity providers like Okta or Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles or Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Professional security certifications such as CIAM or CISSP.

• Prior experience scaling enterprise-grade IAM from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
