           Role Overview

           Key Responsibilities

           Lead end-to-end development and technical execution for the NucleusLinks product

           Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-availability systems 

           Be hands-on with full-stack development while guiding and mentoring engineers

           Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and best engineering practices    

           Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions 

           Own system performance, reliability, security, and scalability

           Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure timely delivery of features

           Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture

       Required Skills

Full-Stack Development experience

Strong proficiency in Go / Python / PHP (any two preferred)

Experience with modern backend frameworks and RESTful APIs

Front-end experience with modern JS frameworks (React / Angular / Vue preferred)

Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure preferred)

Knowledge of microservices, system design, and distributed architectures

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems

Familiarity with spec-driven coding and high proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize the                               development lifecycle.

Education

• 6–10+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Prior experience in a tech lead / engineering manager / hands-on manager role is a strong plus
• Product-based company experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and system-thinking skills
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with people and stakeholder management
• High ownership, accountability, and bias for action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
