Join the EMEA Nike Retail Experiences Services team and be an integral part of a cross-functional team that delivers a brand-defining portfolio of services (Nike By You, Jersey By You & NSRL Form). These services create must-visit appeal at scale, increase consumer reach and impact, amplify brand moments, and drive consistency, quality, and profitability.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a diverse network of stakeholders across Global, GEO, and City teams to bring Signature Services to life across EMEA. Key cross-functional partners include Signature Services, Retail Store Operations, Brand Creative, Retail Brand, Retail Experiences, Digital Marketing, Content Operations, Merchandising, and Nike Store Teams. You will also work with external agencies and production partners to help ensure premium and consistent consumer experiences and journeys.

- Understanding of omnichannel retail principles and consumer journey mapping.
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for sport, innovation, and the future of retail experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Reporting to the Manager, Retail Experiences Services, you will support the development and execution of integrated retail marketing strategies that elevate Nike's Signature Services portfolio and create compelling consumer experiences and journeys.
- Support the development and execution of integrated retail marketing plans for Nike's Signature Services portfolio across EMEA.
- Help develop omnichannel journeys that connect physical retail experiences with digital consumer touchpoints.
- Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of services including Nike By You, Jersey By You, and NSRL Form.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to support aligned storytelling and execution.
- Support key brand moments, product launches, and seasonal campaigns with service-led experiences.
- Identify opportunities to enhance consumer engagement and support innovation across the Signature Services portfolio.
