The Procurement or Vendor Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, management, and optimization of CLICK Aviation Network Globally. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding reliable Vendors and Supplier, negotiating competitive commercial terms, monitoring supplier performance, benchmarking Handling and Fuel Pricing, and ensuring the availability of cost-effective and compliant solutions across CLICK Network.
The position works closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining strong vendor relationships, competitive pricing, service quality, and commercial profitability.

The position works closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining strong vendor relationships, competitive pricing, service quality, and commercial profitability.
Key Responsibilities as follow:
Procurement Execution
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, purchase order creation, and order tracking.
- Review and validate purchase requisitions and ensure timely procurement execution.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Handle vendor registration, supplier onboarding, price negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and periodic appraisals.
Planning & Strategic Sourcing
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) on sourcing initiatives and procurement strategies.
- Support demand and supply planning through analysis of inventory levels, historical consumption, forecasts, and market trends.
- Perform quarterly inventory reviews and recommend optimal reorder levels (Min/Max).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development teams.
- Serve as the focal point for back-to-back order execution.
- Align procurement activities with business needs.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain procurement records including supplier databases, purchase history, pricing trackers, and performance reports.
- Analyse procurement trends, supplier performance, and payment status.
- Support management reporting through dashboards, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOMs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Finance, Logistic or a related discipline.

- 1-5 years of experience in procurement within the Aviation and Aerospace.
- Previous experience within Aviation, Airlines, FBO, Business Aviation, or Flight Support Companies is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of VAT exemption and VAT recovery processes relating to aviation fuel is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other language are advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with international suppliers and cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones.
