Senior Team Leader, Pricing Operations

Senior Team Leader, Pricing Operations leads the North America Pricing Operations function, overseeing a team responsible for customer pricing, deal management, rebates, sales programs, and pricing execution across multiple business units. The role partners closely with Pricing, Sales, Finance, Billing, Customer Service, and business leaders to ensure pricing strategies are accurately executed, compliant, and aligned with commercial objectives. This position drives operational excellence through performance management, analytics, process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and customer experience. Additionally, the leader develops high-performing teams, strengthens organizational capability, and ensures strong governance, compliance, and risk management across pricing operations.

What You Will Do

• Leads the execution of customer pricing, rebates, contracts, promotions, and deal management across all North America business units, ensuring pricing strategies are implemented accurately and consistently to support revenue growth and commercial objectives.
• Serves as a key cross-functional partner to Pricing, Sales, Finance, Billing, Customer Service, and business leadership, providing operational insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business performance.
• Drives operational excellence through performance metrics, analytics, process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, service levels, and the internal customer experience.
• Builds and develops high-performing teams while ensuring strong compliance, governance, internal controls, and risk management practices that protect the business and support sustainable growth

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations, or related functions, with a strong understanding of pricing processes and business operations.
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing teams in a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience leading complex operational processes across multiple business functions and leadership levels; familiarity with pricing technologies such as Vendavo, SAP, or similar business systems is preferred.
