People Operations Assoc Analyst - West Cairo & Upper Egypt Service Delivery

Overview

The People Operations Assoc Analyst - Service Delivery will oversee day-to-day HR operations across West Cairo & Upper Egypt, ensuring HR processes, systems, policies, and service delivery standards are executed effectively and consistently. The role is responsible for leading a team of HR associates, managing employee and HR requests through service management channels, supporting field HR activations, and partnering closely with People Business Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Facilities, CCC and business stakeholders. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, compliance, digital HR adoption, employee experience improvement, and continuous process optimization across multiple sites and employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations and service delivery activities across multiple locations, ensuring employee requests, HR cases, and operational workflows are managed accurately and within defined service standards.
• Manage and monitor employee and HR requests through myServices, analyze service metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead HR operations projects related to digital enablement and system adoption, including platforms supporting onboarding, attendance, learning, communication, recruitment, employee services, and performance management.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding support, employee documentation, payroll-related offline transactions, benefits activation, severance documentation, and employee file completion.
• Support Talent Management and Learning activities for the targeted population, including performance management cycles, learning logistics, compliance trainings, recognition activations, and field communication.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law, company policies, audit requirements, labor office requests, human rights audits, and internal self-audit practices across assigned locations.
• Partner with PBPs, ER, Facilities, CCC, business leaders, and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues, activate initiatives, and support employee engagement plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR operations team by building capabilities, creating an inclusive team culture, and ensuring alignment with People Operations priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems, and ways of working to improve productivity, adoption, governance, and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, local service delivery, or a related HR field.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee documentation processes.
• Experience working with HR systems, service management platforms, ticket management tools, time and attendance systems, onboarding tools, and performance management processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing HR operations in a multi-site environment; experience supporting field or frontline employee populations is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with HRBPs, ER, Talent Management, Facilities, CBS teams, business leaders, vendors, and government entities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong process management, problem-solving, data analysis, and service excellence capabilities.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to deliver results through others, build team capability, and foster engagement and inclusion.
