Technical Leadership: o   Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team o   Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs o   Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in facility management Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians Allocate resources effectively across various projects and client sites Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team Project Oversight: Oversee minor/major technical projects, including system upgrades, retrofits, and new installations Review minor projects BOQ Systems Integration and Optimization: Develop strategies for integrating various building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) for optimal performance Implement energy management and sustainability initiatives Optimize building automation systems for improved efficiency and comfort Technical Problem-Solving: Lead the resolution of complex technical issues across client facilities Conduct root cause analyses and develop long-term solutions to recurring problems Provide expert consultation on challenging technical matters Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and maintain quality control processes for all technical operations Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities and systems Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior technical point of contact  Present technical recommendations and solutions Collaborate with account managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in facility management practices and technologies Identify and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for technical operations and projects Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed technical solutions Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, finance, HSE) to ensure integrated service delivery Contribute to the development of company-wide policies and procedures Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technical capabilities with business objectives Operations  Responsible for daily operation of all the facilities equipment and systems Monitor the status of all the equipment related to facilities like UPS, , Chillers, HVAC equipment, Floor Temperature Monitoring, Lighting, Fire protection etc. Monitor the status of all the equipment related EV Charging station & UVGI protection Carrying out all the periodical maintenance of Equipments / installations (including electrical, HVAC, pluming, carpentry, safety, security, IOT etc.) based on the criticality/predacity as per details provided in the equipment maintenance    Monitor and track the utilities consumption on monthly basis  Manage and resolve all the FM tickets raised through GBS Live App Manage the inventory related to maintenance of various installations and equipment. Ensure the uptime is manage at the rate of 99.9% on all the days. Update Energy, Water and diesel consumption in the ESG portal. Also participate in the periodical audits conducted by NN GBS w.r.t. EGS and ensure to secure high level compliance.  Monitor, track and manage Hazardous waste generated out of operation Track all displays functioning and ensure timely resolution of any issues.  Meeting rooms to be checked regularly for upkeep, functionality of electrical and AV & HVAC functionality Carry out the periodical test related to IAQ, Water test, DG stack emission, STP water, Noise level, LUX Ambient Monitoring, meter calibration Secure Work Permits prior to carrying out hight works  Maintain LOTO(lockout–tagout)  Maintain office temperature in line with HVAC design & employee comfort Ensure the periodical maintenance of safety Equipments & devices such as Fire Extinguishers, Smoke Detectors, sprinkler, Fire suppression, PAS system etc and ensure their availability on 24/7.  Ensure the health cards are maintained for all the critical Equipments installed in the office premises to facilitate troubleshooting when necessary  Periodical Maintenance and reconditioning of earth pits. Conduct Thermography test for assessing any potential incidents in the electrical panels  Extend timely support to the AV technician for the seamless maintenance of Studio room /AV Equipments  Manage operations of BMS, IOT, ACS, PAS and other safety and security systems installed in the NN facilities.  b. Preventive Maintenance Operations Prepare, Review and follow 52 Week Planned Preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment in all the NN Facilities. Plan and carryout Annual Preventive Maintenance shutdown activities with prior notification to Novo Nordisk. IFM partner to ensure back-to-back AMC contracts signed with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and carryout all the maintenance activities as per the 52-week Maintenance calendar.  There will not be any compromise on using non-OEMs for the Equipments installed in the Novo Nordisk Facilities. Resolve breaks down maintenance issues with Suppliers Work closely in collaboration with NN team and secure timely feedback for bettering the services time to time.
