Job Description-Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

You will be joining our team as a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, organize, and analyse large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will need to combine strong technical skills with excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into clear visualizations and recommendations for stakeholders at all organizational levels. Collect, organize, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and business opportunities. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Cleanliness Scores: Maintaining high hygiene ratings in audits.
• SLA Compliance: Meeting vendor service timelines.
• Response Time: Prompt resolution of occupant complaints.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, statistical analysis, data modeling expertise.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Should be well versed with Excel and MS office.
• Analysing Data , Making various reports , MIS , PPT and

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Typically a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Often requires 2–4 years of experience in similar field.
• Strong analytical, statistical analysis, data modeling expertise.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Facility services – soft services Housekeeping , Pantry Services , Events etc
