Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
What you will do (responsabilities):
Design and optimize sales processes to deliver a premium customer experience.
Improve sales operations, order-to-delivery processes, and partner interactions.
Develop sales strategies and EV customer journeys to drive growth and adoption.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Commercial, Finance, Legal, IT, GMF, and external partners.
Partner with IT teams to define and implement business solutions.
Support forecasting, distribution, pricing, and sales planning activities.
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitive intelligence.
Track performance and generate insights to support strategic decisions.
Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelor degree completed
Advanced or Fluent in English
Previous experience in at least two related sales operations areas is highly desirable.
Experience in automotive sales operations, including commercial and field activities with premium brands, is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; experience with AI tools is a valuable advantage.
Availability for travel
Valid CNH and driving skills.
