The Sales Coordinator is responsible for Consumables Quoting for global regions.

This position reports to the Leader of Non-Customer Facing CS and is part of the Customer Care in Bengaluru / Mumbai, India and will be a remote role.    

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive revenue impact directly by generating accurate, timely quotes that help convert leads into customers and support the sales team’s success.
• Work closely with global sales teams to align pricing, terms, and quoting strategies—gaining exposure to intercompany collaboration and international processes.
• Leverage data and insights from historical sales and install base information to identify new business opportunities and strengthen your analytical skills.
• Develop expertise in CRM and CPQ tools (such as Salesforce and quoting systems), enhancing your technical and operational capabilities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Graduate degree in any stream.
• Minimum two years of experience in a Quoting Executive or similar quoting/CPQ/CRM‑driven role (no cap on years).
• Proficiency with CRM and quoting systems, such as Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ tools.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• NA

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with global or intercompany teams in a quoting or sales‑support environment.
• Using advanced contract management or pricing strategy frameworks in a commercial setting.
• Operating within fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments that require handling high volumes of quotes or sales data.

The position is required to be performed remote in Bengaluru / Mumbai, India.
