Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented sales support coordinator. Our sales support coordinator will report to the market manager, and be responsible for executing our strategy, brand growth, and coordinate sales activities.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned-accurately and timely.
- Broadcast updates and important announcements ongoing via email, phone, & social media.
- Manage social media campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, documents, presentations & marketing materials as needed.
- Organize, set appointments and maintain calendar.
- Assist sales manager with daily tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Track key initiatives, goals, and deadlines to ensure execution.
- Record, summarize, and distribute meeting notes, while tracking and following up on action items and key takeaways.
- Assist and contribute to team responsibilities of running the office.
- Recap daily activity, log notes and update outcomes to manager.
Requirements and Skills:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 3 + years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Preferred Bilingual Spanish/English
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
