Lead Specialist -Investments Data Management
As part of the Global Data Team, the successful candidate will support the ongoing delivery and operational support of investment data management initiatives. A hands-on role supporting the maintenance, validation, and sustenance of investment data across multiple asset classes and business workflows. Exposure to investment data, data quality controls, support procedures, and business-critical operational processes.

We will count on you to:
- Support the delivery and operational maintenance of investment data management initiatives.
- Work closely with the functional POD lead and other stakeholders across investment teams, data solutions, technology, and vendors.
- Assist in maintaining and sustaining investment data support processes across core asset classes including exchange traded, derivative, and private instruments.
- Help document support procedures, data mappings, dependencies, definitions, and business processes related to investment data flows.
- Support data validation, issue investigation, reconciliation, and resolution activities.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of support documentation aligned to business and data requirements.
- Assist in the management of SLAs, tracking, and operational metrics related to investment data support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data ownership, quality, accuracy, and timeliness principles are followed.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and operational updates for stakeholders.
- Help standardize processes, templates, and support practices across data support requests.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to the lead and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data support processes and operating model maturity.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in investment data support, investment operations, data management, or a related financial services environment.
- Good understanding of investment management processes, financial markets, portfolio reporting, and operational data requirements.
- Experience working with investment data, reference data, or master data is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other standard reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
- Familiarity with structured and unstructured investment data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholder groups.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working within defined support processes and operating procedures.
