We are partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS business to find the CRO who can help build their next chapter of global growth.
The business has built a mission-critical platform supporting heavy-industry sectors across their people, workflows and data. They’ve established a strong position in Australia, are growing at 60–70% YoY, and have a significant opportunity ahead across North America and global markets.
The foundations are there. The opportunity now is to take what’s working and build the team, structure and repeatable commercial motions required to scale globally.
This is a genuine player-coach CRO role. We’re looking for someone who can:
- Own the global revenue strategy, bringing greater discipline and predictability to pipeline, forecasting and performance.
- Build repeatable mid-market and enterprise sales motions, with experience across complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth.
- Lead and develop the commercial function across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Demand Generation.
- Build the structure and operating cadence required to scale successfully across multiple regions.
- Partner closely with the founders and leadership team to help shape the next stage of the business.
We’re looking for someone who has genuinely scaled a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology business before, ideally across vertical SaaS, industrial technology or complex enterprise software and knows what it takes to build a high-performing commercial function through significant growth.
The sweet spot is someone who has operated through the $20M+ ARR stage, owned a meaningful revenue number and can bring the commercial discipline required to turn an already successful sales motion into a predictable, global revenue engine.
