Business thriving. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Define and maintain a data framework to build steering dashboards that provide pipeline visibility and actionable analytics for business steering Provide regular,
proactive updates to management on business development, including opportunities,
key trends, and risks Answer AdHoc
Analysis Request from high-level stakeholders for defined areas Identify, initiate, and drive continuous improvements in reporting tools and workflows to enhance transparency, efficiency, and data quality Drive adoption of digital analytics solutions and continuously enhance
reporting capabilities through automation, visualization, and collaboration with IT, Sales and central teams Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field Programming & Data Analytics Skills: Knowledge of Python and SQL ; familiarity with data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI ; experience with R or Java is a plus Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning , with basic exposure to ML frameworks (e. g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation is advantageous Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach problem solving Communication, Stakeholder Management & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across functions, manage stakeholders efficiently, and communicate fluently in English We offer competitive
salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and
qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and
wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry,

is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your
