Job Expectations
Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Enterprise Change Enablement reporting to Executive Manager Future Workforce and Strategic Delivery.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Enablement, you will play a key role in shaping how nbn delivers change across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to build and evolve the frameworks, standards, governance and capabilities that enable successful transformation at scale. Rather than leading individual change programs, you will be responsible for defining and embedding the enterprise-wide approach that helps leaders and delivery teams navigate change more effectively, consistently and sustainably.
Working across executive leadership, Strategic Orchestration, Enterprise Technology Delivery, People & Culture and business units, you will influence how change is planned, governed and delivered across the organisation. You will lead the evolution of nbn's enterprise change framework, uplift governance and reporting, establish practical tools and standards, and increase visibility of change impacts across the business. Through strong stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking, you will help create a more coordinated, mature and people-centred approach to enterprise transformation that delivers measurable outcomes for our people, customers and business.
A bit about you
You are an influential enterprise leader who thrives on building capability, shaping frameworks and driving organisational improvement in complex environments. You may come from a transformation, enterprise delivery, organisational effectiveness, strategy execution, PMO, governance, business improvement or change management background, but what sets you apart is your ability to create structure, alignment and momentum across large organisations.
You bring proven experience designing and embedding enterprise-wide frameworks, governance models, standards or operating approaches that improve business performance and delivery outcomes. Comfortable working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, you have exceptional influencing skills and can confidently build alignment across diverse groups with competing priorities. Combining strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, you can translate complex challenges into practical solutions, establish credibility at all levels, and drive adoption of new ways of working. You are energised by the opportunity to build something that will have a lasting impact on how an organisation delivers change and transformation into the future.
Application Process
You may find that your experience does not match every requirement listed but, if this role has piqued your interest or resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self-select out. We are interested in transferable skills, and your skills and perspective could be exactly what we would value to strengthen our team.
