Why This Role Matters
As a People & Culture Manager at Publicis Health, you will be a key partner for managers and employees, helping to shape a positive workplace culture and support our employees throughout their employee journey. You will contribute to wellbeing, engagement, and talent initiatives while ensuring a fair, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.Responsibilities
- Partner with managers, stakeholders and employees on people and culture topics to support team effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Support the implementation of people and culture initiatives aligned with business needs and team objectives.
- Support and manage the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding) to strengthen employee experience and engagement.
- Partner with managers to identify talent, development opportunities and succession needs.
- Support performance and feedback processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Foster a culture of trust, inclusion and collaboration, creating an environment where employees can thrive.
- Support wellbeing and engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive and sustainable employee experience.
- Support teams and managers through organisational change, growth and business transformation.
- Gather employee feedback and engagement insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote agile, collaborative and solution-oriented ways of working while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a People & Culture, ideally within:
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated environments
- Agencies, consulting or professional services organizations
- Sound knowledge of German employment law and modern HR practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, support managers and employees, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Proactive, solution-oriented and accountable, with a pragmatic and people-focused approach to managing HR-related topics and challenges.
Well-organised and collaborative, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a hands-on mindset and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable balancing operational tasks with strategic initiatives.
Fluent in German and English.
