Position: Specialist Payroll
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Tasks:
- Supporting internal Group clients in relation to the 'Payroll' service offering
- Processing payroll in accordance with applicable employment law and the collective agreements/supplementary collective agreements in force at the respective locations, as well as income tax legislation and the provisions of social security law, within SAP
- Processing statutory electronic certification and reporting procedures
Responsible for data maintenance and verification of data for assigned clients in SAP - Maintaining master data in SuccessFactors (joining, changes, leaving)
- Maintaining the digital personnel file for all documents sent from HR local
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years' professional experience in payroll accounting (preferably already in SAP)
- Fluency in German and English
- Certification as a qualified payroll accountant, if possible
- Proficiency in SAP HCM, HR4YOU and Microsoft Office is desirable
- Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA) is desirable
- A confident and friendly manner
