Key Responsibilities:
Direct, maintain and improve overall operational effectiveness in Apple Developer Academy
Develop overall planning, implementation and evaluate effective operations strategies in Apple Developer Academy
Ensure excellent support for teaching & learning operational process in in Apple Developer Academy
Direct and Manage day-to-day operational activity in Operations area
Monitor overall process of academy’s finance, legal, IT, marketing and student affairs
Provide direct supervision for all operations and administrative staff
Develop policy and standard quality of operation for effective services implementation (i.e., budget, procurement, vendor management, student contracts, facility management, admission process, device delivery).
Initiate and enhance relationship with stakeholders, local community and global community via Apple Developer Academy
Design and implement administrative processes that align with Binus, Apple, and the government's policies
Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
Perform activities related to Quality Management System
Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Key Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Minimum 3 years working experience in managerial level, or Minimum 10 years working experience
Proven experience in managing an education-related organization
Proven experience in people management.
Proven experience in operational leadership, including planning, leading, organizing, and monitoring teamwork to ensure successful and on-time project completion.
Proven experience in managing budgets.
Ability to collaborate with employees and external partners.
Problem-solving ability to resolve issues or conflicts with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to effectively communicate the needs and objectives of the academy to different stakeholders.
Proficient in Bahasa and English, both verbal and written communication
Experience in education-related organisation and corporate environments
