Job Description

We are hiring a Global Digital Manager to play a central role in delivering impactful, multi-market campaigns for TikTok across EMEA. This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the heart of a high-profile client team, where strategy meets execution and collaboration drives results. You’ll help connect teams, simplify complexity, and ensure campaigns land with quality and consistency across markets. If you enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving environments and shaping how work comes together, this role offers real influence and visibility.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of global digital campaigns, from briefing through to launch and performance reporting
• Translate campaign strategy into clear, actionable deliverables such as media plans, budgets, and reporting frameworks
• Act as a central point of contact across local markets, hub teams, and activation specialists to drive alignment
• Manage timelines, workflows, and delivery plans to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
• Review campaign outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with central strategy across all markets
• Consolidate campaign performance data into clear insights and client-ready presentations
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

• Experience in digital media planning, activation, or campaign management
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, teams, and markets
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Ability to translate strategic direction into practical, high-quality outputs
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Comfort working with data, performance reporting, and digital channel outputs
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
