Location

This role is open globally, but location is set in Europe with a preference for Finland (Helsinki), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Netherlands (Rotterdam), Poland (Warsaw), Spain (Barcelona), Sweden (Vaesteras), UK (Warrington). The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will lead the global commercial ramp-up of ABB’s Electrical Signal Analysis (ESA) monitoring solution, driving market adoption and establishing the product across Local Sales Units (LSUs) and sales channels worldwide. You will combine strategic product leadership, executive stakeholder management, and hands-on sales engagement to build a scalable growth platform, accelerate revenue generation, and ensure successful market penetration of this innovative solution.

This role reports to Global Product and Portfolio Manager for Digital Portfolio, Motion Service.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Define and execute the global ESA product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan, ensuring alignment of R&D priorities, market needs, and business objectives to drive product adoption and growth.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive communications, building organizational alignment, driving governance processes, and providing clear performance updates to senior leadership and key partners.
• Drive global sales growth and market expansion, working directly with customers, strategic accounts, and local sales units to accelerate pipeline development, revenue generation, and market penetration.
• Enable and optimize sales performance, through training, sales enablement initiatives, pipeline reviews, KPI tracking, and proactive removal of commercial barriers across regions.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, leveraging customer and sales feedback to refine product positioning, resolve operational challenges, and align R&D, marketing, operations, and finance teams behind the ESA growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in industrial technology, condition monitoring, or related fields
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth in global or multi-regional roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
• Willingness to travel internationally and engage directly with customers and sales teams
