TITLE: Project Lead – Service Supply Chain & Logistics

GRADE: 11

LOCATION: Hybrid, Belgrade Serbia
 

Project Manager – Service Supply Chain

Responsible for supporting complex and multi-faceted Supply Chain projects/initiatives across all regions (NAMER, CLA, EUR, MEA & APAC), ensuring delivery of integrated business solutions on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Acts as the primary point of accountability for project scope, cost, schedule, and relationships, with a focus on strategic financial services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manages full lifecycle of projects including planning, execution, and delivery, covered with all necessary documentations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholder and NCR Atleos executives; identifies and drives new opportunities.
• Team & Vendor Management: Leads cross-functional teams, oversees vendor performance, and ensures alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Oversight: Tracks budgets, forecasts, manages financial milestones, and ensures proof of delivery.
• Strategic Influence: Shapes solutions and contributes to business development over multi-year engagements.
• Management Support: Shall support management with project-like support on initiatives and issues to ensure stakeholders are held accountable to actions/timescales and root cause identified and resolved.  Deliver ad‑hoc analytical, coordination, or problem-solving support in response to unplanned or urgent management requests.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Confident and strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Preferred knowledge in software and infrastructure project delivery.
• Fluent in English language is essential and Spanish language preferable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years in project management, preferably in financial services (ATM/Payments).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile experience required.
