The Program & Project Management Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end project delivery, ensuring project goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. This role works closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage project execution, mitigate risks, drive communication, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and support the resolution of project roadblocks.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when needed.
• Manage change requests, project status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support budget tracking, cost estimation, and project financial management activities.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, and quality assurance standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and project performance.
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration across teams.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in client-facing environments.
• 1+ year of people management or team leadership experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), written and spoken.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of project planning, governance, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus.
