Customer Support Representative (Korean)

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a growing international iGaming organisation seeking to welcome Korean-Speaking Customer Support Representatives to its team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Working across several established brands, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email and telephone. From everyday account enquiries to more complex issues, you'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive timely, professional and effective support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver professional, efficient and friendly customer support via live chat, email and telephone.

• Assist Korean-speaking customers across multiple brands with account enquiries, general information and service-related requests.

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints and technical or account-related issues.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure enquiries are resolved accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies and procedures.

• Consistently deliver excellent service while meeting agreed quality and performance standards.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Korean and English.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Korean, both written and spoken.

• Good command of English, written and spoken.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, contact centres, sales or another customer-facing environment.

• Experience handling customer enquiries through live chat, email or telephone.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Willingness to relocate to Nicosia, Cyprus.

• Previous experience in iGaming, online betting or a related industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.

• Additional languages would be considered an advantage.
