Director of Revenue Operations

We're adding to our team!  We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to collaborate closely with our Chief Revenue Officer in strategizing, managing, and compensating our sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales plan, maintaining the operational rhythm that ensures its success, and designing the compensation structures that incentivize performance. You will have a direct impact on our bookings, margin, and EBITDA, providing a clear line of sight to our financial objectives.

 

You will: 

• Build the sales plan by region, role, service line and vertical, tied to company bookings, margin and EBITDA targets
• Set quotas and territories and maintain the capacity model behind them
• Build and present the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual strategy plans and reviews: forecast reviews, regional business reviews, QBRs and the annual sales plan
• Document strategies and commitments, track progress and hold teams accountable to them
• Recommend sales compensation plans and SPIFFs for each sales role, finalize them with leadership and Finance, and calculate and reconcile commissions each cycle for leadership approval
• Define sales roles, rules of engagement and the sales hiring plan
• Score how reliable our pipeline and forecast data is; partner with Sales Operations and Finance on planning
• Serve as an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. 

 

You have: 

• 8+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy or sales finance, including 3+ in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience designing and administering sales comp plans
• Strong Excel modeling skills and the ability to read and explain a P&L
• Daily working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau and Microsoft Office; experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Regular, practical use of AI tools in your work
• Comfort presenting to executives and holding sales leaders to a plan
• Experience in a project-based or engineering services business is a strong plus
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
