Responsibilities
HRBP:
- Lead and coordinate Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) audits, ensuring HR policies, employment practices, and employee records comply with RBA standards and local labor regulations.
- Maintain and review HR compliance documentation, including employee files, payroll, working hours, foreign worker records, and corrective action plans, while supporting audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, onboarding, and general HR processes.
- Coordinate HR-related communications and administrative activities between employees, managers, and external service providers.
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and company events as required.
HR Specialist scope:
- Assist with Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and other work authorization applications and renewals, working closely with external vendors and government agencies as required.
- HR administration, including job posting, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and maintaining records.
- Support new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks and duties as assigned to support HR daily operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.· 1-3 years of HR, recruitment coordination, or HR administration experience preferred.· Experience supporting recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, or HR operations is an advantage.· Familiarity with Singapore Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and MOM processes is preferred.· Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.· Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing organization.· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer service mindset.
