Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering to optimize workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical and business information to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
