We’re looking for a Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Public Area Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

• To consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas in order to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for our guests
• To greet and welcome guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, ensuring all guest belongings are appropriately secured to create a feeling of confidence, whilst ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests
• To ensure a general knowledge of all public area facilities and services in order to provide guest with accurate information if required
• To consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all Guest Rooms and Public Areas.

As a Public Area Attendant you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Public Area Attendant candidate, you will have worked within Housekeeping previously in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you have worked in a five star Hotel or similar establishment.
