Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager of Therapeutic Services in Behavioral Health supports the leadership and daily operations of the clinical therapy services program. The Assistant Manager provides clinical supervision to the Behavioral Health Clinicians, program staff, and clinical therapy program interns to ensure services are delivered according to the regulations and in compliance with contractual requirements.Qualifications
Education
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage Family Therapy (MFT) required
Experience
3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare setting required
1 year of experience in a supervisory role in Human Services preferred
Licenses and Certifications
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
One of the following is required:
LCSW - State of California Licensed Clinical Social Worker
LMFT - State of California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
