Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Sensor Support: Assist with Infineon sensor technologies including position, capacitive, current, and temperature sensors Laboratory Work: Perform lab measurements, set up and operate test benches Printed Circuit Boards: Assist in layout, assembly, and rework of printed circuit boards, including soldering Demonstrators: Build and maintain demonstrators for product validation and customer showcasing Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments within the international organization Product Assistance: Provide product support and address topics related to digital sensor components Further Information: Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: min. 12 months Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Graduated from a higher technical school (HTL) preferred; actively studying a Bachelor or Master in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or applied computer science Technical Skills: Strong fundamentals in electronics, mechatronics and PCB design (KiCad) Lab Skills: Hands-on experience in an electronics lab, including soldering, measurement setups, and test bench creation Programming: Experience in coding and firmware and software development beneficial, with the programming languages C and C++ and Python Soft Skills: Hands-on mentality, self-driven, team player, friendly and open minded Language Skills: English, German beneficial Additional information This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
