Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that software solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software products that support business operations seamlessly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Docker Kubernetes Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence frameworks and model deployment techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to integrate AI solutions with existing business applications and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies to support application lifecycle management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
