Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions. You will oversee the development process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software products efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Build Tool.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Build Tool.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing concepts and architecture.
- Ability to optimize and tune data warehouse performance for large-scale datasets.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages to automate data workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
