- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor and control access at entry and exit points by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and directing authorized personnel, vehicles, and deliveries according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
- Maintain accurate logs and complete required reports related to visitor access, vehicle activity, patrols, incidents, and other security-related duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
