About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international beauty and cosmetics project in Lisbon.
You will act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with inquiries, after-sales requests, orders, refunds and complaints while representing the brand professionally.
This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with online orders, refunds and after-sales requests
- Answer customer questions and resolve doubts
- Handle and escalate complaints when necessary
- Deliver a positive customer experience
- Identify appropriate opportunities for suggestive selling and cross-selling

Schedule
Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 19:00 Portuguese time, including bank holidays, with Sunday plus one rotational day off.
