Job Title: Senior Product Owner – Personnel Safety

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner – Personnel Safety to lead the evolution of our Personnel Safety solutions within the Enablon Health & Safety portfolio. 

This role is intended for a product professional with a proven track record in enterprise software and strong subject matter expertise in occupational health and safety, personnel safety programs, and risk management processes. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of safety workflows with the ability to translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable software capabilities. 

As a Senior Product Owner, you will collaborate with the associated Product Manager, development team, UX team, and market research stakeholders, supporting the lifecycle of our technology products. You will play a key role in contributing to product design, feature development, and strategic planning. Your input will be valuable in ensuring our products meet market needs and customer expectations. 

Responsibilities 

• Own and maintain the Personnel Safety product backlog. 

• Translate functional requirements into features & user stories. 

• Define acceptance criteria and business rules. 

• Prioritize development work based on business value and customer impact. 

• Ensure development teams have sufficient detail and clarity to execute efficiently. 

• Continuously refine and groom the backlog. 

• Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver customer value. 

• Conduct market, customer, and user research to inform product decisions. 

• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements. 

• Contribute to user testing and gather customer feedback. 

• Support product launches and post-launch activities. 

• Identify and mitigate product-related risks. 

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning. 

Skills & Experience 

• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in the primary job family and basic knowledge of related job families. 

• Has knowledge of best practices and market differentiators. 

• Solves complex problems and exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. 

• Works independently with minimal guidance and may lead projects or ongoing activities. 

• Impacts a range of project activities within own team and related teams; acts as a resource for colleagues.

Languages: a perfect command of French and a strong command of English are compulsory for this role
