What does the LOB do?
• Oversees Wealth Marketing and Digital Communications for CIBC Wealth Management.
• Supports the Private Wealth business, including digital initiatives such as advisor website development and maintenance for Wood Gundy advisors.
• Creates and manages marketing content, including thought leadership pieces distributed through social media channels and advisor websites.
• Maintains and oversees digital channels, including websites and social media platforms.
• Supports Wood Gundy advisors with their marketing efforts, particularly around social media engagement and content distribution.
Reason the role is open?
• The team is implementing a new social media enablement platform and requires support for the onboarding, migration, and implementation activities.
• The role will help drive the change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
• Responsible for supporting project timelines, milestones, and budget tracking throughout the implementation.
• Supports monitoring and governance of advisor social media activity to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
What project will this contractor be working on? Implementation of a new social media enablement platform.
• The new tool will enable advisors to share pre-approved content (e.g., thought leadership articles, market insights, etc.) on approved social media channels within the organization's compliance framework.
Team structure: Team is 4 individuals, all FTEs.

• Immediate team
• Working closely with Compliance team (1 individual)
• Team who supports Wood Gundy marketing - Exec. Director, Director, marketing consultants – ensuring that they are well-versed in tool, providing updates.
• Social Media Specialist who runs the platform.

Job Description:
As the Program Manager, Social media enablement for CIBC Wealth Management, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-profile initiative to onboard, migrate, and implement a new social media management platform.
This highly visible program will play a critical role in modernizing advisor marketing capabilities, improving the advisor experience, and enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient social media practices across the business.
How You'll Succeed
• Large-scale program delivery: Proven experience leading large-scale programs or projects, ideally involving platform implementation, onboarding, migration, or broader transformation initiatives.
• Program management: Strong command of core program management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and execution.
• Change management & adoption: Demonstrated success leading technology-enabled business change and driving user adoption at scale.
• Communication & influence: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear updates, decisions, and action plans.
• Multi-workstream management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Executive reporting & governance: Experience preparing executive materials, status reporting, and governance documentation to support effective decision-making.
